I’m a little late watching Camp Dread, but I have to say I’m glad I finally decided to sit down a view it. Very cool story about troubled kids being sent off to camp to better themselves, and who is the camp. They are also being filmed for reality television, and the people in charge are the director and actress from a popular horror franchise from the 80’s. When people start disappearing from camp, people start to realize this is real and not a game.

This movie has a very nostalgic feel to it. You have Felissa Rose back at a camp, how could you not want to see that? Eric Roberts plays a perfect asshole, the dude makes you want to hate him, very rad actor. The rest of the cast is the typical horror cast, and you do have the guy you love to hate. I almost forget Danielle Harris has a couple of scenes in this as well.

Cleve Hall doing special effects on this film, and some of them have that 80’s vibe to them. Just a cool film to watch!
