Hanging Out With Robert Mukes

Recently I ventured out to A convention held here in Gaffney, SC called MonsterCon.
I went a few years ago, but this time I had to go to meet someone very cool.

So, when my family got there, we walked around and checked out everything, looking at what all the vendors had for sale and checking out the guest. Finally we turned a corner and there stood this huge guy, that just towered over everyone. This guest was none other than Robert Mukes!
Here standing before me is Rufus JR from House Of 1000 Corpses! Let me tell you, this guy is HUGE!

With my wife and kids in hand, we walk up to his table, and to my surprise he said ” Hey, I know You!”
We talk from time to time on Facebook, but it was so rad knowing that he remembered me. From that moment he treated me and my family like we were part of his family. This guy may seem intimidating, but he is one of the nicest guys out there. He gave me a hug, shook hands with my wife, he even got down on his knees to talk to my kids. He was so cool to my daughter because she was scared of some scary costumes, he told her ” I’ll beat them up for you” to make her feel better. We hung out for a minute and he took the time to really get to know me, not just pushing me through to get to the next autograph. The guy really enjoys talking to and meeting his fans. You can tell that he appreciates all of us. I stood back and watched him with other fans, he treated everyone with the same respect and courtesy that he showed my family. I got two autographs and a picture with him. Hanging out with Robert was awesome! I can’t wait to see what the future holds for him, and I can’t wait to see him at more conventions!
I can’t say this enough, Thank you Robert Mukes for being so awesome to me and all of your fans!
