Starry Eyes

I have to say I really enjoyed Starry Eyes. This shows you how far someone will go to be famous.

The story is about a young actress named Sarah, who is stuck in a dead end job as a waitress, 

surrounded by asshole friends, seeking that one role that will make her famous. Soon she goes for a 

casting call that changes her life forever. She is slowly shown the darker side of Hollywood, and tested on how far she will go to be the next big star. 

Hollywood and Satanism, what better combo to make a horror movie?

This movie is probably the only film that I wanted the main characters friends to die, all of them. 

You see how the need to do something in life can make you crazy, and push you to a place you never thought you could go. Really loved how some of the friends show how immature and petty some people can be. Love the build up, and Sarah’s decent into madness. Just brutal. I loved the casting call scene, and the call back scene. Very crazy. I also love how the producer and casting director and assistant want to see how far Sarah will go to be the star of their film.
